The only reported car break in found preceding the lights was at 3pm, before service, during the day.
So, of course to them lights at night keep out intruders. 😵💫

The City has a minimum and enforced it on a parking lot.
Even signage is on from dusk to dawn when ordinances say light at a minimum and off between 12a-6a.

I've contacted many over the past 2 years and all told me no.
City won't issue violations.

Mr. @kenwhite.bsky.social sir, would you be able to point me to someone who can help me? How does sleep deprivation from excessive lighting not meet any of these nuisance standards? There are no violations because the lights exceed the city minimum standard.

I moved almost 4 months ago and I'm doing better.
I'm no longer suicidal, but what haunts me are all the government officials that told my life didn't matter.
Being suicidal from sleep deprivation & hospitalized with a psychotic break & being disabled by the lights weren't enough.

PKH was very hissy and growlie and every one gave her lots of space. She's like her mommy.
Beatrice never left the carrier, even when it was open. He is such the best boy.
