Thinking of moving to The Discworld or Ambridge as reality is a bit frightening. Books, Politics, Nature, Leeds United and The Archers.

Is this in preparation for the new and final book in the series that I only found out about this week? Can’t wait.

I’m reading Last Orders by Graham Swift. I loved Waterland but haven’t read any more of his, I am really enjoying this one too.

A path I found during lockdown, even though I live in London there are still places where hardly anyone goes.

I’ve just cancelled my direct debit and will no longer be a member of the Labour Party. The way you are pandering to the racists and bigots makes me very sad. This is not the Labour Party I loved. Hopefully one day I will feel its my political home again. #TheLabourParty

The school I work in has just sent out this email. I hate this obsession with attendance. I have to sit in a classroom with these children with low level illnesses. I’m glad I had a flu jab this week. Sometimes kids are just not well enough to walk to school in the cold and wet. #PrimarySchool

Yesterday for my Y6 reading intervention we did a comprehension on Remembrance Day and to bring it to life I took in this photo I found going through Mum’s things. This is Arthur Rogers who was my Grandmother’s cousin he died in 1915. #RemembranceDay

We struggled to get tickets and ended up with standing tickets on the top gallery. However we’ve been up graded to front seats in a box 5 along from the royal box. I’d have put a long frock if I had known.🤣

Just turned the telly on to find I’ve caught the best part of Addam’s Family Values, makes me laugh every time.

It would be hilarious if Andrew ended up in somewhere called The Folly at Sandringham. #AndrewWindsor

After an emotional day we’ve finished it off with an Indian meal, my daughter may have eaten too much. Mum loved coming to the restaurant with the family so we raised a glass in her honour.
