Starting to acquire supplies for my next project. I could cry, the yarn i used on TS!Lys is a good match for the gold accent fabric that I got. It always makes my heart melt when I get to re-use supplies I bought for that build.

For my Texas friends: if you've ever wanted to see Lost Maples in fall colors, the time is near. It's going to be a good year! The colors haven't peaked yet, so this upcoming week should be good if you want to see a bit of autumnal colors.

RIP to the joystick on my switch. It did not survive... My partner gave me a cap to put on the blue one as it was turning my thumb black. (The pink one looks pristine, but has bad drift.)

My sister's AC went out this past week. Turns out it may be a while to get it fixed. So her kitty (Mocha) is hanging out with us. He was very nervous about the new place, but finally came to hang out with us in the evening. Such a sweet boy.

Had a set back where the yarn is originally got was slightly too different from Roam's, but managed to get replacement that was similar enough to the colors I originally picked. So, finally started on the second stocking.

It is a hummingbird war zone outside. The ruby is sticking to the far feeder, but occasionally comes to fight off the young black chin that is claiming the close feeder. There's like 5-6 of them fighting! Sadly it is cloudy, so hard to get pics where their throat feathers are bright!

Today in the misadventures of cosplay care: spot cleaning on W!Lys gone wrong! My guess is that something leeched out of the fur when I was rinsing off some dirt. Luckily, a tide pen seemed to do the trick.
