An offering to the tea gods. Every morning, my wife makes a cup of tea. She then gets distracted, forgets about said tea, then discovers it again, only to discard it as she doesn't drink cold tea. (sometimes she regeats it in the microwave).

The other day we were on a family walk when eldest son said "that would be a great photo". I offered to let him take it but he said no, I should take it before running down and sneaking into the photo.

My town, Helensburgh, in the West Coast of Scotland. (Not taken today). Not my home town because I've moved around a lot and I didn't grow up here, although I did live on the banks of Loch Lomond for a bit and that's quite near. This sounds like something from a novel but is actually true.
