FIFA have essentially politicised football. Unequivocably. Therefore, they have completely lost all rights to sanction any individual player for political protest or display of allegiance on the pitch.

Labour-run Birmingham city council tried to fire and rehire bin workers, cut pay by £8,000 & then brought in agency staff to break the strike.
Now those agency workers are on strike too over allegations of bullying & blacklisting.
