no, god no! and the cause of liberation and human flourishing is always harder than repression and extraction, it's not fair! the Good Guys have to be 2x as good (which is why I'd abandoned the dems by 2014--not sufficient to the task of fighting latent american fascism).

(because it's CO, i voted on every down ballot issue and race, but either blanked or wrote myself in at the fed level--where the purse strings for genocide were. i worked in Dem campaign politics in my 20s, and knew enough polling for CO and CD7 that i was like 99% sure it was a safe protest vote.)

that point was just about how my assessment of competency is value neutral. the GOP is better at wrecking the post new deal consensus than a harris admin would have been at expanding it, for instance. like if competency is measured by achieving goals, trump 2 is the most competent since reagan 80(👎)

it is kinda crazy how angry blue state libs get about voting for kamala, especially in light of their relative lack of anger about gaza. one wonders if there's displacement going on, that they regret voting for a genocidal admin for, essentially, nothing. oh well! I'm no lacan!
