finished Deadhouse Gates by Steven Erikson a few days back, the second attempt at tackling The Malazan Book of the Fallen. i was not ready for this series at 18

winters really just hit me hard today. i’m wandering about town through backpaths that run along the train tracks. i was writing a really funny novel (at least i think it is) which has turned a bit sour and slowly becoming a way to vent my frustrations about my life. just a crap few days in general.
