Speed enforcement is something that the province has expressed an interest in through the new TSA, so to best to stick with that for now.

Staff have been given quite a wide berth to come back with options for user fees and examine how we deliver our services, and revenue generation will be considered, with all of the tools we have available. So we shall see.

Grim Reaper is up he's saying that we need to do land aquisition (we don't, we only need to do land aquisition to build bus lanes if we want to keep our car lanes) but buying land drives up the cost of buying land

Staff are saying density is putting more tax payers in a place and that would also decrease the cost to service the density. So that's a good way to do it (see centre plan the city's best fiscal sustainability policy in recent years)
