I remember reading an article several years ago describing how FB (others followed suit) used the tactics of casinos/gambling to build it's platform and the excessive use of social media in how it activates the brain in the same way as cocaine. Walk accordingly.

I remember reading an article several years ago describing how FB (others followed suit) used the tactics of casinos/gambling to build it's platform and the excessive use of social media in how it activates the brain in the same way as cocaine. Walk accordingly.
