When I run a bath or take a shower this guy stops what he’s doing and comes to oversee. He clearly doesn’t want to be there. He often looks deeply concerned, even distressed. Yet, he sticks around until the faucet is off.

He’s got a stronger sense of duty than I’ve seen in some fellow humans.
