In the past couple of weeks I've written about 6,000 words down of a new book idea. It may not seem like much, but I have barely written any fiction since I got my MFA. Feels nice to write something I want to be writing.

The VA is my primary healthcare provider and it was an absolute shitshow during Trump's last term. This is gonna be worse.
