What else have they got? Promises about how the output-based pricing system for industrial emissions will cut emissions from the oil and gas sector. If they were serious about cutting emissions, they would have gone with the emissions cap. Instead, Carney threw that out. 3/

That's quite a contusion. Did you have it looked at? I'm glad your injuries were not worse. Electric bikes and scooters are turning out to be rather dangerous--especially to cyclists and pedestrians.
