I did it! For the record this is a much larger resolution than I usually work in, I think it’s about 20x20 at 300 mdpi, because I want to be able to zoom in to where the characters are seated around the fire, with different layers for parallaxes. So it was a PITA to change it all for autumn lol

I didn’t get a great picture but I’m pretty sure I saw a raven for the first time in my life yesterday just outside my house (could have been a crow I’m not certain) it was making a crazy sound! So cool

Did anyone else have this little series of books as a kid? They’re apparently out of print; I have such a visceral memory of the art, by Peter Cross, being so magical. I’d like to try and hunt it down to show my kiddo
