I hear you, and I feel something similar. I can't suggest a course of action-that’s personal, and you didn’t ask for it. For me, it’s as if I’m shedding things that no longer serve me, yet I’m eager to see what new experiences might emerge. I think my age (72) may be part of it. Best wishes!
