After the trainwreck that was SHADOW FORCE, I wasn't sure what to expect from Carnahan. Now, I can say that even if he'd been coming off COPSHOP, which I loved, THE RIP would have impressed me. One hell of a muscular crime flick that I wish had played theatres

I went into 28YL expecting, essentially, the first 2 films again and it took me a while to adjust. They're much more about adjusting to a future where horror is at a constant low hum rather than trying to glue you to your seat with intense scares. Curious to know what you think should you watch them

Thanks dude, I'll give it a shot. The reviews I'm seeing on Letterboxd are the polar opposite of what I'd expect from a Rainn Wilson film, so color me intrigued
