Kickstarter/Good Omens HQ update

Hello from Good Omens HQ – you may have noticed the name change on this account – we’re now dedicated solely to Good Omens. This change won’t impact your pledge or rewards, but will streamline backer support moving forwards.

Another brief update to confirm that packages are still heading out the door, and the team is working through queries at hello@goodomens.store. We again thank those who are still awaiting their items or assistance from our team – every pledge reward will be sent and every query will be answered. Some pledges take more time to prepare, package and document, depending on contents or destination – we thank you for your patience while we make sure everything is packed and documented properly.

We have made the decision to push the Good Omens HQ store launch into early 2026 so that we can focus on helping Kickstarter backers and solving outstanding issues. The store will only launch when every single pledge has been fulfilled.

All discount codes for the store will be extended to one year from the new launch date in 2026, and this also means we will be launching with an even wider range of items next year. We’re hugely excited about this next step and can't wait to share details with you in the new year.
