The council have threatened to issue a Summary Warrent for overdue tax today.

My partner paid £245 on the 1st of Oct instead of £275 by accident. He then paid the full amount on the 1st Nov.

Can't imagine how this could mess with someone struggling.

Cruel, wasteful, Aberdeenshire Council.
Council tax letter from Aberdeenshire Council claiming overdue account. Letter is dated 4th of November, threat that full amount due within 14 days of the letter or the yearly balance will come due. Threat of Summary Warrent and fines if there is a failure to pay.
