I gotta tell you, not caring is a LOT of work.
The next studio I went to told me when I started, "What this show really needs is someone to care about it."

This doesn't sound like a compliment, but it is: "I can tell when you stopped caring."
That was the post supervisor about 2 months after I left a project. Which I left because I had essentially been told to stop caring about it. Two months was the lead time before the animation came in from Korea.
