This is because the warp is surrounded by "monster blocking" tiles, which Sparky can't cross. But he *can* get close enough (within 4 tiles) that the warp will pull him in along with you. When you warp back, he will be stuck.

I don't even remember what my first game was because I was only 4 when I got my first PC in 1989, which had an 8088 with CGA graphics. So it might have been something like Alley Cat. But I definitely remember playing Duke Nukem once I got a PC with EGA.

That's because there's not a lot of training data that looks like someone asking a question, then getting the response "I don't know". And even that data is selected against during fine tuning because such a response would be rated as "not helpful" and tuned against.
