We were at the game last Sat, and Georgia Evans really stood out for some brilliant back row play. Sure, she stood out for the colourful bows too, but what the hell's wrong with that - it's the quality of her rugby that matters.

They are though. 2 big pumped-storage schemes in the Great Glen. 1 in operation and 1 under construction = lots more environmental damage up here. Plus, lots of battery storage in operation, under construction and in the planning system. All up here in the north when it should be nearer the demand

Well, no, for those of us living in northern Scotland a bigger disappointment is that a disproportionate amount of renewable power is generated here at a cost to our once beautiful environment and then shipped south at even greater cost. Time for more renewables to be generated close to consumption.
