Whether the USA sees it or not, you actually ARE in the midst of a #civilwar. The #president has called in troops from a “friendly” state to occupy what he sees as an “enemy” state with the former’s governor’s permission. The only difference from the 1st civil war is they’re driving not marching.

So, just to be clear, Justice Thomas acknowledges that technology has changed enough to ignore the FIRST amendment “as written”, but will casually ignore that technology has also changed enough when it comes to the SECOND amendment, because that’s NOT how “it’s written”. #supremecourt
