Today's vibe.

He's aggressively side-hugging Mandrake as explains his insane plot to start a nuclear war. The hug looks only quasi-consensual. Ripper also has his brow furrowed, and appears to be looking inside himself, perhaps thinking abou this theory of flouridation and "purity of essence." He's chomping a big cigar.
