Gotten back into bodybuilding since hitting 40 back in November.
Been consistent with it doing 4 days a week but recently added an extra day purely for arms.
So far the weekly breakdown is Tues: Back/Shoulders, Wed: Core, Fri: Legs, Sat: Chest and Sun: Arms.
Today's workout below:
