lol, this account is hilarious. basically they’re just Never Trump Republicans astroturfing the Democratic Party

There are even better reasons to avoid the New Liberals: they’re abjectly racist.

Shown this screenshot, they endorsed the racist claim that “genetics significantly influence basically every trait and life outcome.”

The New Liberals stand for fascism, not liberalism.

finally figured out a decent use case for AI: explaining to me what character traits star signs are supposed to reflect

looks like Femdom Tax Service needs to fix their sign again

A very good question! And here is what I’ve always held to be the canonical answer:

One century and several hours ago, on November 12th, 1925, Louis Armstrong and four of his friends stepped into the Sunset Cafe in Chicago and made their first recording as Louis Armstrong’s Hot Five, the most storied and important jazz group in history.

I’m still processing over this bit. he brings up the 2017 Michelle Williams Harvard scandal to whine about being called out as a serial harasser as an appeal for sympathy from a convicted child rapist - but then is worried the child rapist will tell people he said this, so he tells him not to

I have to say that I love even more the Talmudic tradition around the “sin of Sodom.” There’s a great bit where it’s noted that the “character of Sodom” could be ascribed to the sort of person who says “what’s mine is mine, and what’s yours is yours.”

I wonder who “boss” is here - it seems she was working for Latham & Watkins when this email was drafted, so maybe the boss there was who she meant? Also interesting that she turned down a possible Attorney General appointment just weeks - maybe days - after writing this email.

and whoever did the translation for this dub either doesn’t know Japanese, or doesn’t know English, or doesn’t know either

“That impulse is fundamentally in service of something that is far worse than anything, in your wildest nightmares, than what you see here.”

lol, wut

malevolently fascistic tech CEOs are usually not very creative minds, but I’ve gotta admit - he had an amazing idea here

a pagan religion where the central sacrament is the ritual sacrifice of evil billionaires? I’m in

His name is Charles Exum.

These words should follow Charles Exum for the rest of his life. No matter where he goes, he should be known as the guy who said this about another human being:

"I fired 5 rounds and she had 7 holes. Put that in your book boys.”

I can see the concern. It’s worth noting: very few people subscribe to block lists - and the ones people use are pretty responsible. @skywatch.blue is the biggest, and out of 40 million people it only has 18.5k subscribers.

They were cool about fixing a false positive for me yesterday, actually.

lol, the XFinity Stream app does have it! So I was like “well, I have to grab dinner, this’ll be perfect” - but then I order my takeout food, and sit down, and… well, thanks guys.

Look, I said I was open to the possibility that I misread. But this thread isn’t about defending a guy with a nazi tattoo. This thread is about how “the far-left has had a Nazi problem for a long time… significant enough that it needs to be purged.” Bernie Sanders was the first example given.

huh. well, he was a lot nicer about responding than I expected

It was probably very stupid for me to drop this into a dumb thread about Graham Platner, but sometimes it’s too much. I know I’m supposed to block and move on, and eventually I will; and I know I personally usually really misunderstand these things. But this is bigotry, and I can’t just ignore it.
