This is brilliant, and reminds me of a lack of communication expertise I saw in students (and others ofc). When I taught college and (was forced to give) group projects, students would complain about a member and I’d ask what have you said to them? And the answer was always a surprised nothing.
I got this useful bon mot from a middle school teacher recently.
In response to, “I DONT UNDERSTAND,” he calmly said, “okay what steps have you taken to understand?”
And that’s when I realized that a lot of folks have no steps.

folks can complain about the effectiveness of scheduled orderly mass protest but to think about it another way its the closest thing we have to the opening scene of A Muppet Christmas Carol where all the muppets sing "there goes Mr. Dipshit, there goes Mr. Ass" to Scrooge and it clearly bothered him
