When we signed Guessand I recall seeing all these clips where he was strong on the ball, but every defender in the EPL seems to be able to hold him off.

Well, it wouldn’t be #AVFC if we made it easy, but 3 points to us and more or less deserved.
Having said that, Player of the Match for me today is definitely Martínez. Kept us in it, even at the end. SJM was a close second.

Ok it’s a 2-footed challenge that clearly injured Kamara, but I’ve seen worse things not given cards. Yellow was a sensible choice, and hopefully Kamara can play on.
