Took Ellie and dezi outside to play in the snow. Didn't I fall and bend my leg in a manner legs were not meant to bend.

Low Iron, Low Vitamin D, Low REM sleep.
I've never felt like this before. I've done 50KM bike rides that didn't tire me out like this.
I needed 988 for the first time last night because at this point I don't see a reason to even be alive.
