Thanks! I think the longer I go without, the easier it is tbh. I drank a fair bit in my 20s & 30s but as I got older the hangovers defo got worse. I also lived with an alcoholic, which made me confront my own relationship with it. I stopped largely for health reasons and very glad I did.
