If you find an Agent Provocateur, use a citizens arrest, and hand them over TO your local police. Surround them, and block their escape if you don't want to get hands on. But call the police and get them arrested.
If you see someone throwing/breaking stuff, they're not necessarily on your side.

Authoritarian regimes cannot survive if the protesters are well behaved and reasonable in front of the camera. You do not have to be with ICE however. Practice switching between screaming and talking calmly. Don't give them ammunition.

Suggestion, since ICE now tracks your movements with satellite accuracy, should you leave your phones at home? No, I actually recommend buying a bunch of cheap throw away phones from your local pawn shops, putting sims in them, then carrying as many as you can with you
