Why would the president speak in the language that is the first official language of the country? Most presidents speak in the first official languages of their countries. It shouldn't be controversial for the president of ireland to do the same.

It's terrorism. It fits the dictionary definition, and the groups organising these attacks need to be proscribed even if it just forces social media platforms to take down their videos and shut down chat groups.
