A fantastic show of strength from @eisunion.bsky.social branch at Dunard Primary. Plus a show of solidarity from @unison.org.uk members. We need stability for our colleagues on temp contracts. This could be achieved through reduction of contact time - something promised by Government #SU4QE

A judge has ruled that police officers can’t march at Pride – because “trans rights are human rights” is too political a statement for the police to associate themselves with, and breaches impartiality rules.

The cutting of the winter fuel payment was a terrible decision. Certainly not something I thought a supposed 'party of the people' would do. Since then, it has been successive policies and cuts that all seem to target the most vulnerable in our society. We needed change, not red Tories.

The cutting of the winter fuel payment was a terrible decision. Certainly not something I thought a supposed 'party of the people' would do. Since then, it has been successive policies and cuts that all seem to target the most vulnerable in our society. We needed change, not red Tories.
