Minnesota National Guard members have arrived at a federal building and were directed to distribute donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate to anti-ICE protesters. Guard members were issued reflective vests so they would not be mistaken for federal agents.

When communities in Veracruz told WCK that they usually celebrate Día de Muertos at home, we knew exactly what to do. Our #ChefsForMexico teams spent all week preparing 10,000 Día de Muertos kits that include traditional holiday items like pan de muerto to help flood-impacted families celebrate.

The U.S. Army has my greatest respect and gratitude. I have friends and family who served.
That said, I’m glad the parade was sad.
