Game changer after red card. Can now imagine half time yarn with be focussed on lifting spirits of ABs and motivating psyche of player to focus on their strengths for remaining 40.
2 yellow cards in less then 30min. IMO one was rubbish, but one was legit. Can imagine half time chats are going to pretty ‘robust’.

Holy shiz. Saw the emotion on Sam’s face. Didn’t anticipate that. This is going to be a mental game for 45min. First ever 🟥 in RWC final. Moreso for the captain. Straight into scoring opportunity for ABs - that has to lift morale.

This week has been the first week I’ve genuinely felt joy and peace in such a calm, genuine way. The early part of this year shattered me into a 1000 pieces (the crash was the end of a long road most folk didn’t see), but the healing has been the most incredible journey. #FindingJoy #FeelsGood 🙏🏽🥹❤️
