Letitia James is officially accused of making Trump cry
This is nothing more than a continuation of the president’s desperate weaponization of our justice system.

I am not fearful — I am fearless.

We will fight these baseless charges aggressively, and my office will continue to fiercely protect New Yorkers and their rights..

NEW: @reuters.com got its hands on a document from the Guatemalan government further undermining the claims the Trump admin made publicly (and to a federal judge) that the attempted deportation of 600 children in the dead of the night was requested by parents.

About this Florida vaccine story:

When they were little - 1 yr and 3 1/2 - my two older boys, who’d had all their shots, got whooping cough.

We asked their pediatrician what would’ve happened if they hadn’t been vaccinated.

“Oh, they’d have died.”

If your boss orders you to traumatize kids, quit your job. What sort of person hates Guatemalan children this much?

When ICE arrests a refugee from El Salvador and sends him to Uganda, that is not called deportation. It is human trafficking. Same is true when ICE "accidentally" sends US citizens to El Salvador. Maybe you regularly carry a passport, but ICE agents regularly confiscate those.

Under Trump, DHS is not targeting terrorists or cartel members. DHS is targeting regular people, including legal immigrants & US citizens. Republicans like to say “workers should come here legally.” But Trump terminated the status of 530,000 people who came legally. Now he can deport them. (1/7)

BREAKING: Federal agents in plain clothes and unmarked cars tried to snatch 1st graders from LA elementary schools—told staff they had “parental consent.”

They lied. When pressed, they HID THEIR IDS. DHS admits they sent them. This wasn’t a welfare check. It was a test run for a police state.

Sotomayor is right. According to this Supreme Court, the US can now kidnap, detain, and fly legal immigrants and citizens to a foreign country's prison, even if it's a whoopsie.

America, people. Freedom and stuff.

Last sunset for my Kia PHEV, casualty of the RGV flood. Nobody thought it was possible for Harlingen to see 22 inches of rain. 3-year-old car, 65k miles, got over 300mpg in city driving and 50mpg on road trips. Never had any mechanical or electrical problem. Body and interior in near-mint condition.

Barrios entered the US legally. Now he’s falsely accused (not in court, because they won’t let him appear in court) of having a gang tattoo. Aside from that, the government keeps using the word “deported” which is an obvious lie. You can’t deport someone to a place they’ve never been! (1/4)

We thought that being a legal Permanent Resident would keep people safe. But under Trump, no immigrant is safe. Schmidt is now detained and was tortured(!) because of a criminal charge that was dismissed 10 years ago. Or maybe because he is gay?
