anti-throw game in Kinnikuman MGP2 is interesting. fishtrabs was saying on stream that getting a punish on throw tech (you're +16) might not be intentional, which is why some characters get nothing.
Checkmate has slow buttons/cancel windows, but if you 2A on reaction instead, you get big damage 1/2

fyi Fishtrabs plans to run these the last Friday of every month, in case you want to either pick up the game or watch. Netplay is more active than you'd think for a PS2 game.
