I encountered TEN shinies while specifically looking for alpha Gible.

Took a few alpha Gible before I actually successfully caught one, but I still encountered more shinies than alpha Gible in this process.

I am using an 8BitDo Ultimate Bluetooth controller as it has turbo functionality. I love this controller - I have it connected to my Switch via Bluetooth and to my Ayaneo dock via the 2.4G dongle, so use it with both devices without unpairing it from either.

Going for two Amaura and a second Tyrunt is really emphasising how CRAZY this was. My first alpha Amaura took four or five resets.

Speaking of obtaining Pokémon in Legends: Z-A, I can now replace my Pokémon GO Meltan and Melmetal in my Living Dex with ones obtained from a main series game. I hope they do the same with Roaming form Gimmighoul.

Please… I just want Poké Ball pattern Vivillon with my Trainer ID.

I have no idea where to buy Korean merch from. Hopefully this releases in Japan so I can import it.

I do not care how much this costs. I will pay a grand if I have to. I have never needed something so much in my entire life.

The Reshiram ex is for my N collection (hence the green sleeve) as I am doing a Reshiram page in that binder.
The Pikachu ex is for my (no surprise) Pikachu collection. I will post pics of the binders at a later date when I add my other cards (they are currently (safely) in storage.

He is also into Pokémon/video games/nerdy collectables but isn’t a TCG person so this means so much to me (it’s A LOT of money to spend on shiny cardboard)!

This decision does mean that my entire third playthrough of Legends: Arceus to get a second Enamorus was unnecessary (but I have no regrets).

I also decided that because I have excluded the Ash-hat Pikachu collection, I’ll exclude Dada Zarude (I can’t imagine we’ll ever be able to get that with our own trainer ID anyway, being a movie tie-in and all).

Permanent/non-interchangable alternate forms (eg: gender differences, regional variants, Shellos/Gastrodon, Vivillon, Alcremie) will be kept.

Coming back to this with an update: For now, I’m no longer going to include boxable interchangeable alternate forms (eg: Burmy, Furfrou, Oricorio).
It’s too time-consuming (and in some cases, impossible) to get duplicate Mythicals with the parameters I have set for myself (looking at you, Shaymin).
