We moeten af van het mantra dat krimp slecht is. Het is beter om te kijken naar waarom we meer kinderen moeten maken, (ik niet!), Namelijk de huidige inrichting van het economisch systeem. Gooi die maar op de schop. Minder produceren en de mensen moeten nadenken over hun koopverslaving.
Nu wereldwijd het geboortecijfer daalt, is de keuze om kinderen te krijgen een gepolitiseerd onderwerp geworden. De geboortekrimp kan op lange termijn desastreus zijn, terwijl het stimuleren van groei allerlei ethische bezwaren met zich meebrengt.
Overal ter wereld keldert het geboortecijfer. Hoe kwalijk is dat?

The best case scenario is that this is a stock shorting scheme, and in a week, there will be masterful (non-existent) "dealmaking" that removes the tariffs after the billionaires buy the dip causing a massive transfer of wealth.
