A technique I started doing after having a makeshift piping bag blow up on me 4 years ago was to push the yolks through a mesh first to make them incredibly fine in texture and holy fuck I am enlightened.

This would fuck on chips/crackers/spoon-into-face.

I know that's the second time I've mentioned burning houses down in 24 hours, but I once set a fire in a super slum apartment and we had no smoke detectors nor fire extinguishers, so it's a fear I've had ever since.
