There’s always a fine line that’s hard to articulate. We of course want engineers producing high quality solutions with a high velocity - but how do we support also seeing high engagement and adoption? Each business is unique in answering how to get there but it needs to be a goal to answer.

That’s it’s hit and miss. This is what I interview for - true collaborators vs those who just want to write code. The best teams I’ve worked with are always the ones who immerse themselves in the business and have opinions!

No way. It’s about a long list of features and then to make us all feel more comfortable, we keep adding features to that long list and THEN we tell people when all those things are going to be done!!
