Woke up early this morning and ran the St Pete Half Marathon with my love. Our training paid off, we managed to survive it!

We were downtown for a play last Sunday and I brought along my old Olympus Stylus 1 point and shoot to mess around with while we walked around.

Saw so many birds yesterday that I felt the need to post a second #BirdOfTheDay because I loved how this egret was contorted into a similar shape as the branch right next to it.

Here's a scape from the Orlando Wetlands a couple of weeks ago. 🌞

The wetlands are a somewhat hidden gem far removed from the hustle and bustle of our theme parks. Wide open spaces, very peaceful, and filled with wildlife.

I was in the right place at the right time with absolutely the wrong lens on my camera yesterday.

Normally would have rejected this photo but since today's #BirdOfTheDay theme is #lunchtime I felt compelled to do my best to crop in, clean it up and post it. 😁
