this is the first sexual game i ever made. it's a sokoban game based on the "all the way through" porn trope.

my goal was to take the trope and make it feel, idk, fun for everyone involved.

this game placed #1 in novelty in strawberry jam, which i'm proud of.

i will also note that games were automatically reindexed starting, iirc, august 1st.

all of my deindexed games were instantaneously reindexed after i set them to "no payments" on august 1st. i think it is worth understanding that the reindexing is likely automated for everyone.

idk. the fact that the article is both missing a perspective from itch (which is, to be sure, itch's fault), but also a perspective from any other itch-positive person.

it doesn't seem to me to be representing the situation accurately.

(to be fair, although i do consider myself queer, my current portfolio of games is very heterosexual. i might talk more about this one day.)

i can't be the only queer game dev who is making exclusively unpaid, super freaky games. for this kind of work, itch is fucking awesome, as i discussed yesterday.

had i been asked about it, i would have said that itch is a pretty sweet platform, and that they reindexed my games immediately.

and so, it just makes me wonder. are these folks, who i do tend to respect, doing their due diligence elsewhere?
