Personally, I'm a bit confused as to why they're talking about turning Usher's Island into a hostel while abandoning the Ormond instead of refurbishing the Ormond into a functioning hotel (or hostel) while converting Usher's Island into some sort of Joyce venue. It feels all very topsy-turvy. 🤷
