I agree with you, he and is MAGA movement are a cancer that keeps metastasizing. The only cure is to vote in such mass that it overwhelms them. This is why the work feom @gregpalast.bsky.social and mark Elias is so important and needs our support. They win by corrupting the vote.

ZERO evidence of what tariffs are doing except the facts that Americans are paying more & getting less. We lost this election partly because people believed his lies that he was going to #MAGA. He has shown us nothing empirical, just platitudes from an addled brain. #Republican owns this travesty.

What upsets me the most is that we begged, we shamed, we demanded the release of these files. We all know what they did to whitewash them but many many Americans will not understand this and give the administration credit and cover when they are finally released.

I know i sound like a hypocrite because I do take the work but my market is different. Young people do not understand the nuances of finance and most just want to participate owning their own slice of the American dream. We saw this before and im worried for this generation of buyers.

Many middle class get into these simple term loans & never really own the home. If trumps vision of a 50yr mortgage ever comes to fruition, people will never build equity but will only pay interest 4 the right to live in a bank owned home.

I am a customer guy that builds the big stuff and even these people find ways to leverage their buying power. I am building a 4 mil home and the owner even financed his down payment. He is even financing all the extras. Maybe he as a 2%'r can afford it but...

I've seen this before. People barely able to qualify make tge deal predicated on a future lower rate. Its happening all over again. In a time where material and labor costs have spiked, some huge developments are selling out because of their creative financing.

We have regional banks here making liar loans and variable rate loans for developers just to move inventory. These loans are packaged and sold as prime. Homeowners are sold on a payment and are hooked by the terms. 30 yr rates hover above 6% to 7 for jumbo but variables, interest only are at 4

I am a home builder and no black Friday savings will ever negate the devastation tariffs and an inept presidential leadership have done to home prices. The only thing saving this market is the re-birth of sub prime loans. Americans have become indentured by credit. Welcome to the new guilded age.
