Joe, I build big houses and I am currently doing a 12,000ft'r. Since tariffs have been announce, I have lost almost 40,000 on lumber, on furnaces, on PVC and labor has adjusted too. Tariffs cost us money. Dude is lying as usual

I build big houses. Twice now my suppliers panicked and up charged me for anticipation of tariffs. I prepayed for my Lumber just to stay ahead.
