Now to cool the portions & do a taste test.
A very small portion of homemade Italian wedding soup in a white paper bowl with blue & purple swirls near the top. Instead of noodles I used cheese tortellinis & made the mini meatballs myself using oatmeal instead of bread crumbs. It's a chicken broth based soup with carrots, onions, celery, chicken, homemade mini Italian beef meatballs, cheese tortellinis, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & Parmesan & Romano grated cheese. It's warm & filling. Hopefully people like it...
