Forgot about that. McMillan and wife were very happily married. It's possible Banacek and Madigan had something happen although it would have been out of character.

I don't that happened in the old NBC Mystery night ones (same era as Columbo) - Banacek, McCloud, McMillan & Wife, and Madigan. Also Kojak. But it was a long time ago since I saw those so I might be wrong.

The hand is wrong, too. I just looked at a swearing-in image of him. And the lengths between the knuckles in this image seem off.

Technically, Carville is Silent Generation and Cuomo is Gen-X. But I agree with your sentiment.

My 7th grade teacher kept grading me down, saying “sounds copied”. (It was not.) so in 8th grade I rewrote all my papers to have mistakes. And then when the teacher corrected one, I’d remove that from the “mistakes” for next paper. She thought she was doing a good job improving my writing.
