My thoughts on the Switch 2 after a month of using it are that's it's meh.
While it's very nice that it is stronger than the Switch 1, it doesn't yet have the library of it's own to support it. A lot of what I've been playing are Switch 1 games.

As I continue to learn EU5, I keep learning all of the ways it's weirdly broken and exploit filled.
For example, I'm playing an England into Great Britain run, and I've already done it by 1370. Mostly because the AI is dumb. Dumber than even EU4 too.

I'm so far behind on the Trails series. I still haven't finished Daybreak 1, and Horizon came out a few days ago.
I don't even know if I want to go further, considering Daybreak 2 is apparently a slog.

It was 62 degrees yesterday. Now it's below freezing and gusty winds.
I seem to have bigger problems with shifting weather and temps like this then when things are more consistant. It's one of the more interesting problems I've run into since moving down here.

Just realized that the Star Wars sequel trilogy is now old enough for people to have nostolgia for.
Maybe that's why I keep seeing sequel defenders in my discover feed. FYI Bluesky algorithm, you'll never convince me that the sequels were ever good.

If you like history books, I can easily reccomend it. It's very much up there with Hero of Two Worlds by Mike Duncan in terms of history audiobooks for me.

Finally got inspired enough to try and get back into Phantasy Star Online 2.
Last time I tried playing with any seriousness was back with PSO2: Episode 4 on PSO2 Tweaker back in the day on my crummy laptop. So, I guess I'll see how I like the New Genesis content.

In all my time reading internet novels and fanfictions, one thing I will never understand are the people who go into an overpowered main character story, then come out of it complaining that the main character is a "mary sue" or any number of other such complaints.

I've seen the number of Type-71's in pubs double this morning.
All I can say is that they don't seem to know how to use it to it's maxium effectiveness like I do. Then again, I've bern playing the thing since it first came out in Blitz.
