#WP suspention lift put some strain to brake lines. Instead extended swap, reorientation of the lines split plate gave some cm enough to compensate for rebound springs complete compression. Plate mod required fender mod too.

Well, finally rebuilded it. New caps, seals, rings and oil. Lift +35mm, stiffer springs, revalved. Took it's time to do it up to WP service reqs with zero special tools. Torqued up to specs w/o torque wrench 😃

Forest is greasy these days and I was not attracted. But the animal wanted to dig and roar. Was keen on tumbling into the mud to lice off properly, but I strongly opposed 😄

It's my bike, just tailoring some fun into the "creative" process. Wired voltage monitor, octane selector control, forced/additional cooling control, rear abs toggle, side stand switch toggle, clothes heating switch. Packing the switches panel and stand was pleasure too 🫠

You don't need to fiddle with the front brake to make donuts - just plow confidently through some gnarly track at night and the mud stuck front fender will provide you with alternative.

Come on #garage people, has anyone serviced #ktm990Adventure #fuelpump and remember is such washer required or not? It came in the pack of new strain mesh filter. Since pump has broader application, it might be required for other models, who knows....
