This is actually really interesting to me because I've been playing Zenless Zone Zero. Mentally speaking, Kassian would fit the role of the MC perfectly. However, the MC is a non-combatant that has other people do the fighting for them, and Kassian doesn't jive with that.
#wolqotd Your WoL is now the protagonist of the last non-XIV game you played! Their competence in the role aside, how do they feel about it?

One of the symptoms of my crippling depression is that I've been slowly losing interest in a lot of things I used to be hype about, which just makes me more depressed lol. That includes FFXIV, which is a shame because I was saying I wanted to post more about Kassian and get into gposing.

Being able to read the death flags of a character in an rpg sucks sometimes because every time they level up or get an ability, or god forbid start bonding with other characters, it's like watching one of those "subtle foreshadowing" memes where it keeps flashing to the death you know is coming lol.

This may be petty, but a massive pet peeve of mine is when someone draws Zelink art and Link is taller than Zelda. Especially the Botw/Totk versions. No matter how good the art is, it almost always ruins it for me. Let Link be a short king

I'm at a point where I'm not really having fun with any game I play, whether I'm trying something new or it's a replay. Surely this has nothing to do with my crippling depression.

Listen, I don't like the cold at all, but even I'm concerned that we're still consistently getting 75-80 weather more than halfway through Fall.

Ace Attorney is usually very unsubtle and it's typically pretty easy to figure out what's happening in a case very early on. Even when there is a big plot twist, it feels like they are just kinda pulling it out of thin air.

Between being able to "zoom and enhance" videos to see something that wasnt there before at all, and phones that can make a hologram of an entire building, it's all a bit much lmao

Mine was the Horse Statue memory. I was still in early game explore mode and didnt even know how memories worked yet. I just randomly happened upon a glowy spot and went "ooo, what's that?"

I wanna be excited about Pokemon TCG pocket, but its getting old how every mobile game they do, they have to start of pretty much only focusing on Gen 1 and then drip feeding the other gens over a super long period of time.

I don't have any current art of him, but my one and only oc, Kassian Dark, started off in Mabinogi (under a different and cringier name) and I've made him in almost every game I've played since. Right now, he's living his best life in FFXIV

Gotta hand to to Ace Attorney. They really stick with their super obvious naming method. My favorites so far have been a murder victim named Deid Mann and a building someone got pushed off of being called Bigg Building.

I can tell the discover feed doesnt work off any personalized algorithm, because despite my likes being 98% Zelink and 2% other gaming stuff, my discover tab likes to show me cringe fem domme posts, people with diaper fetishes, and a every overdone gimmick webcomic on the internet.

That familiar but awful feeling of watching a new anime that only has a few episodes and getting so engrossed in it that you binge the manga but the manga also isn't finished so you have to wait anyway.

Being on this site has been nice because I don't see even a quarter as much drama and rage baiting as I did on Twitter.
