Student loan forgiveness NEVER meant that the debt was shifted to the taxpayers. It meant that the loan was forgiven. That's it. Like if you loan a friend twenty bucks and tell them not to worry about paying it back. This bullshit that taxpayers assumed the burden of debt was just that, BULLSHIT.

Twice here in New Orleans my Capital One debit card hasn’t worked because they weren’t on the Pulse network and don’t take Discover. I’ve had this account for years but I’m thinking of switching.
